I went to the Makati post office to pick up a package of t-shirts I ordered from the US.  I was shown the total amount I had to pay and then verbally offered a 50% discount for the Customs fees for my package if I ‘didn’t need an OR.  I paid in full and got my OR rather than have them pocket the money.  I wish someone would control the corruption in our post offices and customs sections.
