MANILA — Malacañang is not yet ruling out foul play in the plane crash that killed Local Government Secretary Jesse Robredo, saying it will allow investigation to proceed first before making any conclusion.
Deputy presidential spokesperson Abigail Valte said it is premature to predict the outcome of the probe while the team from Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (Caap) is still doing the investigation. Read more
