MALACAÑANG condemned on Friday the clash between government troops and Abu Sayyaf bandits in Basilan that left 10 soldiers dead.
Deputy presidential spokesperson Abigail Valte said President Benigno Aquino III has directed Defense Secretary Voltaire Gazmin to go to Basilan to personally see the situation on the ground. Read more
