PRESIDENT Benigno Aquino III did not give a categorical answer when asked Thursday if Justice Secretary Leila de Lima is someone he would consider for the vacant Chief Justice post.
Aquino told reporters in Pasay City that he will wait for the shortlist to be submitted by the Judicial and Bar Council (JBC) before making a decision. Read more
