MALACANANG on Wednesday said it respects the decision of the anti-graft court Sandiganbayan allowing former First Gentleman Jose Miguel Arroyo to leave the country. “We have no comment one way or the other since it was a decision made by the Sandiganbayan,” presidential spokesperson Edwin Lacierda said.
