THE Aquino administration welcomed Thursday the passage of a bill restructuring the excise taxes on alcohol and tobacco products in the House of Representatives.
In a press statement, Budget Secretary Florencio Abad commended the “groundbreaking” move of congressmen, hoping the Senate would also do the same. Read more
