PRESIDENT Benigno Aquino III has directed his economic managers to come up with an assistance package for banana growers affected by China’s restrictions on bananas coming from the Philippines.
Presidential spokesperson Edwin Lacierda said the President wants the assistance plan to be submitted on his table by Monday. Read more
