MANILA (Updated, 4:48 p.m.) — President Benigno Aquino III said Thursday that he already interviewed one candidate for the Philippine ambassador to China post.
In a chance interview in Malacanang, the President said the person he interviewed was the one recommended by Foreign Affairs Secretary Albert del Rosario.
