AN ORGANIZATION of Filipinos overseas called on President Benigno Aquino III to begin efforts to save the lives of eight of their colleagues currently on death row in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
The Migrante-Middle East (MME) said it is hoping the Philippine government would act immediately while there is still time.
“The Aquino government should act now, not later. President Aquino must intensify efforts to save the lives of Filipinos on death row,” said MME regional coordinator John Leonard Monterona in a statement. Read rest of story
