MALACANANG will not force the so-called engineers of fertilizer fund scam — Luis Lorenzo Jr. and Jocelyn “Jocjoc” Bolante — to turn state witnesses and spill the beans behind the controversial case.
“Being a state witness is normally decided by Office of the Ombudsman,” deputy presidential spokesperson Abigail Valte said in a radio interview Sunday. Read rest of story
