DAVAO CITY — Lawyer Jesus G. Dureza, who recently tendered his courtesy resignation as Mindanao Development Authority (Minda) chair, said the agency’s success greatly depends on the support it has from the President of the country.
Dureza emphasized this as reason for his decision to relinquish his post and give President Benigno Aquino III “a free hand” to choose who he wants to head the agency. Read rest of story
