MANILA — President Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III on Monday directed the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) to put emphasis on its campaign to dismantle the New People’s Army (NPA). Military spokesman Jose Mabanta said the President made the instruction during his first command conference in Camp Aguinaldo in Quezon City.
