As stated in the embassy’s press release, all applicants for passport renewal will be accommodated based on their previously obtained appointment.

All applicants must also personally secure or book an appointment, free of charge, thru riyadhpe.dfa.gov.ph by using their own e-mail address.

The embassy requests the applicants to come only during the time of their appointement to avoid over-crowding, in compliance with the hotel’s rules and regulations due to the venue’s space limit.

Applicants will be entertained on a first come, first serve basis but the embassy will give priority to pregnant women, senior citizens age 60 and above, and physically-challenged applicants.

For more information, you may contact the Consular Section by calling Telephone No. 482-3816 and/or sending an e-mail to: consular@philembassy-riyadh.org.
