JOHNDORF Ventures Corp. reaches for greater heights with more projects nationwide. It recently broke ground on Tierra Nava, its housing development for economic to middle-class families in Sitio Dapdap, Barangay Poblacion III, Carcar City.
A P500 million project, Tierra Nava is a subdivision with 655 two-storey Asian-themed townhouses that sit on a 4.7-hectare property. It is also Johndorf’s first expansion outside Metro Cebu. “We want Tierra Nava to be a very spacious subdivision where people can start their own families. We want it to become an oasis here in the south,” said managing director Abigail Lim. / CASSANDRA C. POCULAN
