The leading ride-hailing platform in Southeast Asia, Grab, brings its on-demand delivery service, GrabExpress, and business transport solution, Grab For Work, to Cebu City.
Cebuanos can now use GrabExpress, an on-demand parcel delivery service anywhere in the city.
It features real-time tracking so customers can monitor their items until it gets to its destination. With this, anyone can use this service to send documents, parcels, forgotten items, and food from one place to another.
To officially introduce GrabExpress, Grab, together with the Office of the Cebu City Mayor, held a ceremonial package send-off, where Mayor Tomas R. Osmeña made the first official GrabExpress delivery in the city.
“We believe that Cebuanos can widely use the service whether it be for their businesses or for their personal errands because GrabExpress is really the easiest and fastest way to get parcels delivered,” said Brian Cu, Grab Philippines’ Country Head.
The leading transport app also launched Grab for Work, a corporate solution that simplifies business travel across Southeast Asia. Grab For Work provides a system that allows employers to increase productivity by removing unnecessary paperwork, providing full flexibility with multiple payment options, and providing consolidated statements for all rides.
As a celebration of the launch, Grab for Work will work with the Cebu City local government to serve certain offices.
“We are so happy to bring GrabExpress and Grab for Work to Cebu. We look forward to a successful launch especially since Grab is already being widely used by Cebuanos,” Cu added.
