WANDER Woman has a new discovery cakeshop that has to die for strawberry charlotte cake. I am in love with strawberry shortcakes but this one has this sansrival torte mixed with it and is filled with fresh strawberries.

Apart from the strawberry charlotte cake, Sweet Bella at the Burgos Circle at Fort Bonifacio makes the most tender apple turnovers. When I brought home the queso ensaymada, mom loved it so much that we had to reorder in a few days.

The woman behind Sweet Bella is Tin Santiago, daughter of Melo’s steaks and is the creative genius of the brand. What started out as a home based business creating a few flavors of cake, and catering dessert buffet for weddings and parties has now established itself as a bakeshop in the busy area of Burgos Circle.

I guess when something is this good, the secret has to come out sooner or later. So the secret is out — sweet Bella creates one of the most delicious strawberry cakes out there.

During the anniversary, guests were able to try their specialty of Angus beef salpicao, paella, and an array of desserts put together in beautiful plating.

It was a night of over flowing alcohol, champagne toasts, and more sweet desserts!

Guests of Tin Santiago came in full force to support her venture – that is, bringing sweetness and happiness with her creations.
