PHILIPPINE Councilor’s League (PCL) national president Alma Moreno–Salic said on Tuesday that the postponement of the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) elections should have been decided long before, and not several weeks before the intended election.

MANILA — President Benigno Aquino III on Thursday called on the youth to spend their Christmas in a productive way by helping the victims of Typhoon “Pablo” rather than doing frivolous activities.
