MANILA — Three Filipino oil workers were abducted by armed men in Central Libya, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) said late Wednesday night.
In a statement, the DFA said the Filipinos were among seven foreigners kidnapped by unidentified armed men at the Mabruk Oil Field on Tuesday, February 3.
