The contingent of Barangays Tawason, Canduman, Cubacub, Casili, Pagsabungan and Tingub emerged winner in last Saturday night’s Panagtagbo Festival in Mandaue City.

Besting five other contingents, Cluster 4 took home P100,000 after winning the grand showdown at the City Sports and Cultural Complex. It was also adjudged best in costume and best in choreography.
