Battle to save Tres de Abril marker starts

ON the 115th anniversary of the Tres de Abril battle yesterday, the Cebu City Cultural and Historical Affairs Commission (Chac) revealed its plan to transfer the battle’s marker to a permanent site and construct a permanent monument.
